A big shout out to all the iSkate skateboarders out there! Sorry its been over a year since out last post:( But what a year it has been!!!! iSkate is blowing up all over Australia and even around the WORLD! Its truly been an awesome year and we wanted to thank all the iSkate supporters for all thier love. Our New Year’s resolution at iSkate is to keep the website updated and fresh with new postings, pics and vids happening regularly! Super stoked about 2010…This year has already started out bigger than last year (crazy) and we can’t wait to announce all of the events, schools and competitions we have lined up for this year. Stay tuned Hope you are all staying cool in the hot weather… Happy Australia Day!

iSkate Monster Academy would like to thank all the participants involved in Free Skate
The comp was off the hook with athletes busting out big tricks in the hopes of catching the judges eye. The jam format was exactly what the skaters wanted and they shook off any pre comp nerves to impress the large crowd in attendance. The flat land comp was tough with only three attempts at a trick however competitors stepped up their game and put together some impressive combinations . One of the highlights was a kick-flip to pretzel! Finally, the spine ramp had its final say with competitors having to complete their tricks over the spine to enter. In-line Skating did not go unrepresented and the core group of skaters impressed the crowd. It was a fantastic afternoon and iSkate would like to thank all the staff at Monster for their support.
Keep practising because next school holidays Free Skate is on!
